Agnew and Hammer spent the weekend assisting Dr. Marty Hoffman in collecting research data on the Western States runners.
Welcome to our website! We are a group of Researchers from Indian River State College working with students who have an interest in medical research related to running, exercise, and medicine. Over the past 10 years, we have collected research data from various ultra-marathons. Please check our previous Race Research page to see what we have worked on. Our primary research areas are Cardiovascular Response to Exercise and How the Ultra-Runner's Body Responds to Pain.
